Why do your videos SUCK? (and how to fix them… maybe)

Hola, my dear Grumer,

I missed last week’s video. My goal was to publish a video every week this year.

So far, I’ve uploaded 29 videos in 37 weeks. I’m behind; I didn’t anticipate how difficult it would be to produce good tutorials.

It’s the quantity vs quality conundrum!

There is a sweet spot where you get to make both your audience and the almighty Algorithm happy, and you don’t kill yourself in the process.

This week’s video is by far the weirdest and most complex I’ve created so far.

And although it is only 3 minutes long, it’s also taken the longest to produce.

In the video, I explore what’s the secret sauce behind most Youtube video viral successes.
