Dear Grumer,
I’m a big fan of Martin Scorsese (Mean Streets, Taxi Driver, Goodfellas). However, I was a bit disappointed after watching his filmmaking class on Masterclass.com.
Right after that, I watched another filmmaking class taught by Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13, Frost/Nixon).
I liked Ron’s class much more, and in this week’s video I explain why → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xATkLXYViWc
Here are the links to Martin’s and Howards’s courses:

- Ron Howard’s masterclass → https://masterclass.com/classes/ron-howard
Masterclass.com has hundreds of courses by the most successful people in the world in their respective fields. There are courses taught by Neil Gaiman, Werner Herzog, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Hadfield, Margaret Atwood, Jodie Foster, Spike LeeJ, Serena Williams, Malcolm Gladwell, Garry Kasparov, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Natalie Portman, and many more.
If you ever have a chance to compare Martin’s and Ron’s class, I’d love to hear if you agree with my thoughts on their respective teaching approach.
Peace, Love, and Master-Cookies!

P.S: I’ve also watched Chris Hadfield’s masterclass on space exploration. It was awesome!
