A cold shower

I’ve been feeling a bit lethargic lately.

It all started back in 1977 when I was born.

Since then, I’ve been looking for remedies.

There are many artificial ways to get a boost.

But this morning I found the ultimate way.

A cold shower.

A cold shower​ is the cheapest most natural way to get a boost.

Don’t believe me?

Get butt naked right after you read this email (only if you’re at home)

Got to your bathroom and turn the shower on all the way cold.

Jump in the shower.

Stay there for as long as you can even if it’s only 5 seconds.

You’ll start screaming.

Your soul will start screaming.

It’s possible you die a painful death…

but if you don’t…

What a reminder that you’re alive.

What a simple way to wake up every cell in your body.

Trust me. You won’t feel lethargic while you do this experiment.

For the next couple of hours, you will feel awesome.

You will feel like your life is glowing.

It makes sense.

How do you think humans took showers for millions of years?

We’re evolutionarily designed to handle cold water.

After a while, the effects will fade.

There is a solution to that.

Rinse and repeat!
